  The staff at this place are beyond fed up, either with tourists or the management. It was a Monday night so they may have been hungover, but thats no excuse. The venue was also clearly over staffed for the amount of covers, which again points to the ineffective staff...The management need to to have a clear out. The chicken was pleasant, the rest was very average and first time we have ever had to pay for mayo, ketchup etc... Not going back, not going to recommend... This is a real shame, the setting is really good and well appointed, looks great from the outside, could be a gold mine.... I know what I am talking about - I run bars/kitchens in central London and staff are EVERYTHING!
